What I learned: In this assignment I researched the correlation between childhood experiences and adult eating patterns. By conducting interviews I was able to gain insight on this particular issue. I learned interviewing techniques and how to conduct qualitative research.
Reflection to assignment: This assignment taught me how to interview individuals and taught me how to write and in-depth research article.
Relevance to the profession: Through my college courses, I have learned that adult eating patterns have correlation to childhood experiences. I will be able to use the research and information that I collected to better counsel my patients in the future.
