Assignment Title: Creating a Job Task Analysis

What I learned:  In this assignment I learned the importance of documentation when conducting a task that other employees are going to have to follow.  It taught me the importance of detail and to make sure I never skip a step.

Reflection to assignment:  Doing this assignment helped me better understand Microsoft Excel and what paperwork goes on in a foodservice career. 

Relevance to the profession:  If I go into foodservice management I will have to create a job task analysis.  Excel is a very important program to know and be able to operate in the foodservice profession.
