Assignment Title: Article for the Lay Public
What I learned: This assignment taught me how to conduct interview and write a newspaper article for the lay public.
Reflection to assignment: I enjoyed doing this and have never explored this field of nutrition. Working for the media is something that interests me and I am glad that I was able to learn how to write a nutrition article for the public.
Relevance to the profession: I might have to do media writing at some point or conduct interviews regarding nutrition. This assignment better prepared me and taught me how to get my point across, so that all ages and education levels can understand.
